• A loud screeching or grinding sound – this likely means that your brake pads have worn.
• The brake-pad warning light has come on – this gives an obvious indication that your brake pads are worn, however not all vehicles are equipped with this light.
• The car is pulling to one side – this suggests that the brake pads are worn on one side of the car.
